چکیده
The assessment of the relationships between farm management systems and nature conservation may help in design more efficient strategies to uphold economic benefits biodiversity conservation. To our knowledge, this is first work Brazil study relationship status technification level. Here, we test hypothesis that dairy farms with higher levels have a percentage natural vegetation connectivity, differences environment features explain their status. We obtained variables related level such as feed, milking, sanitary control breeding systems. show farmers technification, artificial insemination cattle breeding, tended conserve vegetation, well larger riparian forest. adoption associated other forage diet, milking method frequency control. It also significantly milk productivity. Our novel results point positive effect on suggesting incentives programs aimed at increasing increase production within area. findings an areas forests, which are protected by Brazilian policy, farms.
